"If someone would have told me a few years ago how I would feel now, I wouldn’t believe them. And I get that, because it sounds like a dream. Where I used to wake up anxious, foggy, and low energy, now, I wake up with a sense of joy and purpose.
While on the outside I had it all together (and a great life! A wonderful husband, children, grandchildren…) internally it was a different story. I was stressed and insecure, even on my best days. Now, I have a whole new level of confidence. I feel clear and calm, no matter what life throws my way.
Not to mention, I’ve deepened my faith, and regained a zest for life that I thought I may have lost forever.
